live videos or so and we have taken note that people are asking things that are far beyond the scope of the archaic's research I am a chronologist as a chronologist this has allowed me to see into other venues of research and and I provide those for you well one thing that I have never really had an interest in so I haven't really researched it or any issues concerning health holistic healing basically General Health of the human body where you know these are the type Matt's going to go deep he's going to go I've already seen basically a template of what he's talking what he wants to discuss today and you guys are going to be asking questions about the human body maybe even the soul maybe even the soul and the spirit as relation because not everything Matt and I agree on but there isn't anything substantive that we disagree on the more we the more we study each other's beliefs it really comes down to magnitudes it's not it's not it's not really concrete disagreements so uh I'm gonna let him have the floor and this is his show Matt is going to be Fielding your q a today uh these all these questions you guys have been asking that I have been telling you that I'm really not qualified to answer let's run them by Matt today and I'm going to be copying and pasting a lot of these questions and understand how frustrating that is Matt's always telling you guys that that it's thank you Jason for uh let me take the driver's seat on this one this was all his idea by the way I didn't this is all based on your comments and your requests and I understand this isn't the typical rkx approach this isn't ground that archaics typically covers but you guys asked for it and we consider ourselves a pretty interactive platform and let you guys dictate a lot of uh or what we talk about on here as Jason said he's not he's a chronologist he's more with data facts uh historical elements historical text uh literature things of that nature of that being said I am not an expert on anything I'm about to talk about these are just things I'm a student of Life uh as you can see the the title page that was on here at the beginning and behind me here are Aristotle um uh I would say let's let's do some a little bit of background um I was your typical I don't want to drop the F-bomb but F boy I guess you would say a Jarhead uh I was uh party Marine I was just up to no good for probably the first 20 or 25 years of my life and then I took a philosophy class in college and that completely changed my perspective on life My Philosophy Professor Tim Cowan man I I owe this man uh all credit when it comes to my perspective on life and from that point I took every philosophy class I could take I took philosophy 101 I took logic logic to ethics um the philosophy of religions world religions everything I could I took and then I went to the university level and uh studied philosophy there and just so you guys are in the loop I am in the process of starting my masters and a PhD program in metaphysics so after those few years it's going to be a little while I'll be able to drop some more uh expert knowledge on you guys so with that being said I'm not an expert I'm just giving you guys Inside the Mind of Matt and hopefully broaden your approach to some things um first of all I just want to hit on the fact that when we research things when we have a certain perspective about a matter and we want to learn more about it just like the globe versus flat Earth you're gonna find whatever you search for so there was a lot of backlash about my comments about distilled water and things of that nature so let me clarify with that and then I'll really dive into what I want to talk about the science is not definitive on on on any of this um for one I think it's part of the AIX to keep us confused um there's so much information and disinformation that what do we know is the truth so I've done my research and the research shows both things so when it comes to water um there there's tons of research that says distilled water will dehydrate you that there's no minerals things of that nature and I said this uh the first time I brought this up that the the research what you'll find goes both ways there's also science that says um well even if you put minerals in your water your body doesn't absorb the nutrients through the liquid state as it would through the nutritional value of your food so that's something you'll have to do your research on if that's a concern for you now the topic of the the main thesis of what I want to get across today is from Aristotle behind me to know yourself uh it's the beginning of all wisdom and I say this because our lives are so full of distraction from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed and even after your bed and you're sleeping your dreams are filled full of everything you distracted your mind with throughout the day so we don't even really have our own perspectives and opinions on things because we have so much misinformation and so much nonsense that we just pollute our minds with and on a second to Second basis I mean from the second we're scrolling through uh social media watching the news talking to people how much are you actually feeding your mind that is yours that is your true belief your true opinion outside of outside influences and that's really what I want to want to get into so I've said it before when it comes to your diet when it comes to my diet I do take the holistic approach and the clean organic approach but you you have to listen to your body um a lot of this is going to be about health uh but it's not going to be the majority of this and this isn't going to be long for so for those of you that are like oh we're gonna listen to Matt talk for two hours now it's only going to be probably 30 minutes 45 minutes depending on your questions um so let's let's go into our diet how many of you have battled with a food plan um you don't like the way your body is you don't like the way you feel that's all based on your perspective of what your food is doing to your body so if your mind is calm and clear and you're completely in control of you I think it's safe to say not from I'm not a dietitian I'm not a nutritionist I'm not a scientist I'm not a biologist but I think it's safe to say that your outside world and what you put into your body aren't going to affect you as much but unfortunately most of us aren't that fortunate I suffer from migraines and daily headaches and back pain and shoulder pain I have degenerative arthritis in my lower back and both shoulders I have chondromalacia of my left knee I have a traumatic brain injury I suffer from memory loss insomnia I suffer from PTSD I I spent about two and a half years in Afghanistan total um I ran over 100 combat missions and I I go to counseling twice a week every Monday and Friday I go to counseling um I go to one counselor for uh trauma and I go to another counselor for uh behavioral patterns and I've really gotten to know myself over this time and the first thing I did was when I got out of the army back in 2017 I was excessively overweight um I'm five nine and I weigh 200 and like nine pounds and it was not healthy weight and I had a buddy that was uh doing one of those uh physique competitions and I noticed he was getting shredded and I was like hey man what are you eating and he sent me his meal plan and the meal plan consisted of five meals a day plus fruits and protein shakes in between Mills and the the main point of the the meal plan was no added sugar and no Dairy and so after about the first four weeks of cutting Dairy out of my diet I noticed immediately that my headaches lessened my knee no longer hurt I had more energy and the only thing I had really changed is taking diet or dairy out and then lo and behold someone introduces me to the show on Netflix called what the health if you have not seen that and uh it doesn't matter if you're a skeptic of uh mainstream nutrition or not I would suggest you watch that and I'm not swearing by anything this guy declares in this documentary but I will say it does post a lot of questions about what we have been told as a healthy diet so I'm going to paraphrase here and on one of the leading nutrition websites I don't know if it's the World Health Organization or anything like that you'll have to watch the documentary to get the exact details but the United States government lists red meat as a carcinogen I'll say that again the United States government lists red meat as a carcinogen if you don't know what that is Google it and look it up that's not a good thing that being said I don't not saying don't eat meat go vegan I'm not saying any of that I'm saying listen to your body and take action on it when when we just put crap in our bodies we feel like crap I know I know all of you know this when you go now I know there's a few of you a few of you are going to say well I eat whatever I want all the time and I feel great right now you do but 30 years from now when you're on oxygen tanks and IVs and in a bed living out the rest of your life basically as a vegetable you're going to ask yourself what could I have done and I can tell you now eating cleaner is one of the number one things you can do our water is completely contaminated I know some of you have bought into the conspiracy about the fluoride and the water and how it affects your pineal gland and I can say for my research I'm convinced that's 100 true uh there is fluoride in the water there's a lot of very toxic contaminants in our water and a prime example of this is have you ever seen a video or done it yourself where you've gone to a spa and they fill those little buckets full of water and you put your feet in them and they turn them on and it ionizes it and I guess electrifies it in some way and then they're saying it pull it's pulling all of those toxins out of your body through your feet and the water is all brown and black and disgusting that is a lie get you one of those uh water ionizers that you put your feet in put your tap water in it turn it on without putting your feet in it and it will turn that black and brown color it is the water it's not your feet that is what is in our water all of these toxins and heavy metals and it is the the effect it has on our health you're not going to see it from day to day oh I drink from a water hose growing up and I'm just fine right now you are you have to start paying more attention of what you're putting into your body the water I drink now if you go distilled that that's the cleanest water you can get I'm not going to lie about that or say anything bad about that it's just the research I have done says that distilled water isn't like living water do your research figure out which one works best for you try different Waters over a period of a few weeks then switch to a different one see how you feel I've noticed that the water I have now that I put in glass containers I Infuse it with uh cucumber and uh I get it from a place that that filters it and processes and uh alkalizes it and um that it's pretty much living water and I noticed I don't have to drink as much water anymore and I'm never thirsty like I'll sip through I drink about four of these a day and I I feel great but if if you have any questions specifically about diet and of things of that nature go ahead and start asking your questions um I'm already put put Jason to work over there copying the questions um so I see someone said lemon water uh yeah lemon water I drink lemon water for years and years just let you guys know I was vegan for two years straight hardcore vegan but I wasn't smart about it I didn't do my full research so I was depleted of a lot of nutrients and I lost a lot of weight when Jason first met me I weighed 130 pounds I was I was not healthy uh well I mean I felt good I was I wasn't unhealthy I just was depleted of certain nutrients so you got to be smart about it do your research um I think overall the the biggest lie that we're told is that what we think is a healthy diet is actually killing us and a lot of these things are are listed like I said at the beginning are listed on these government sites that's harmful to your health but they don't list it as that they just put small disclaimers and hope that we'll just look right past it I can tell you right now the research I've done as far as climate change and the the carbon contamination in our atmosphere for one the carbon makes up like 0.2 percent or point zero two percent of our entire atmosphere so I wouldn't buy into all that but I will say uh the the leading contributor to the carbon pollution is dairy farms is cattle and if you watch that documentary if you're a milk Drinker look I'm gonna say right now milk milk is poison dairy dairy is poison to the human body oh but it's got calcium and vitamin D and all this stuff yeah so does a lot of other things that you could be putting into your body that are a lot healthier trust me milk was one of the hardest things for me to to cut out I used to go through a gallon a week but in the process of dairy farms there is a government protocol that they have to meet to limit the amount of pus that is allowed in the milk so if you need me to to say that again I'll kind of rephrase it there is a limit to the pus allowed in your processed milk which means they allow it in your milk they just can't have a certain amount but who's keeping track of that I don't know so that's my Spiel and dairy and water and meat so I want to go into some pretty some pretty deep things so know your body know what it's asking for and do your research don't just read an article and say oh humans were meant to eat meat well actually in the Bible meat is spelled m-e-a-t-e and later on in the Bible it actually says like now we're allowed to eat animals so at one point it wasn't even allowed and then they changed it and they call me a t e the meat and that was the sustenance provided through plants and do your research on that again I am no expert I am just regurgitating information that I have gathered uh and I'm going to go through all your comments um they're they're blowing through now and I'm sure a lot of you are going to be upset with what I'm saying it might even be offended uh some of you might like in the the last video where I talked about water someone said I was full of um I've been drinking distilled water for years and I feel great maybe I'm not calling you a liar I'm just telling you what I've come across and I'm willing to change my mind on everything with new evidence with new information I consider myself a free thinker by the truest definition but now I want to transition a little bit we'll get back into this uh with your questions uh when I finish up here and uh but I want to change channel a little bit and talk about kind of mental health our our perspective on life so what do you think is the meaning of life what do you think your purpose is for being here if you're a if you're I won't say a bible thumper but if you consider yourself a Christian you might say well our purpose here is to worship god okay I'll buy that um I'm not going to dog anyone's beliefs but I have my own beliefs and I believe that when we die when we leave this Avatar we don't take with us our eyesight we don't take with us our our sense of hearing smell taste and touch and those five senses are what makes us human we are here to have a human experience because when we leave here we don't take any of this with us so I look at it as if pretty much it's kind of like what Brad Pitt said in Troy the gods Envy us because we will never be here again I think when we skip out on a lot of life's experiences when we miss out on trials and tribulations pain and suffering that we're robbing ourselves of a full experience like some people say I like pain because it lets me know I'm alive I think that's absolutely true I'm not saying get off on pain everything should be a neutral experience it should be an experience of a human life not to say oh I want to be I just want to be happy I want to get away from everything that makes me unhappy well I'll argue that by saying happiness shouldn't be your goal that you strive for happiness is relative if all you want in life is to be happy then you are you honestly don't have a goal because what makes you happy now probably won't be what makes you happy in a month or three years or more and you'll be changing your ultimate goal in life so I believe our goal in life is to just be experience being neutral and everything except everything don't look at things as good and bad look at them as part of your experience the Buddhists I won't say the Buddhist the Buddha said to live is to suffer I agree with that wholeheartedly The Human Experience if you aren't in tune with who you are what you want to accomplish in life where your values truly lie and again like I I started the beginning of this we're fed with so much distraction and so much misinformation we don't really even know ourselves how how much time do you spend with just your thoughts with your thoughts not with thoughts of what someone else said not with um something you heard on the news not with an issue that arose that should have never been an issue to begin with it's all a battle of perspective and information I would I I think I could safely say I consider us all a group of free thinkers and I honestly believe that if we would have all been given the same information at the same rate at the same time we basically would all think the same but the rate of information that we gather the the importance and priority that we put on that information the way we categorize that information is what makes us different we're all just having Human Experience but we prioritize our so differently that it affects our perspective I'm looking at my notes here I don't know what I want to talk about uh yo y'all wondering why I brought him on the show [Laughter] is that what someone asked I mean we've always gotten comments why don't you bring him on the show for what's he in the what's he in the video for you know what I mean yeah it's my business it's my channel I tell people all the time yeah so I've been knowing Matt a lot longer than than uh you've you've guys known him I mean so he can just pop up him alive I mean somebody we've already we've already told our history before haven't we yeah the um the main reason Jason uh befriended me and got me to tag along with the archaics right is because of my insight and my emails that I sent him from the very beginning and that's what it ultimately initiated it but I want to I want to get back to this uh this Buddhism perspective that to live is to suffer the Buddhists say that it's our attachment to things in life that cause us to suffer and I believe that wholeheartedly 100 percent so a lot of you aren't going to like what I'm about to say next take some time to process it and try to truly understand it Game of Thrones there's a quote in Game of Thrones that said it best love is the death of Duty now when you love something when you love someone we we think that's like the epitome of human life to show love to love things but we've misconstrued this term to such an extent that if we were to use that word in a sentence to someone who speaks say Hebrew they won't truly understand or grasp what we're talking about if you tell someone who speaks Hebrew I love pizza they're gonna look at you like that that doesn't that doesn't make any sense you can't love pizza because the true definition of of love and we have tied in our definition of love as an emotional connection and it shouldn't be that and I I say it by giving this example how many I won't go into historical data but I will I'll do I'm a huge movie buff so how many movies have you seen where there's a leader of a Nation or a king or someone in control and they kidnap his family and say if you don't do this then your family's gonna die it put it puts the whole thing in jeopardy if you had the key to saving the world you literally had a key to saving the world and someone kidnapped your family and said give me that key we're going to destroy the world or I'm going to kill your family you're immediately put in a predicament but I mean from a neutral mindset from a mindset of detaching yourself from attachments and emotional control over yourself you're doing a disservice by resulting to that human nature of that emotional connection to what we call love if you truly love something or someone you won't have a connection that we would say is an infatuation when we're teenagers we swear we're in love with our high school sweethearts and that oh I'll never get over them a year passes and it's like who who is that so we we get tied up in these these emotional connections which ultimately drag us down in this this simulation that is programmed for us to I would say is programmed for us to be trapped in that perception of emotional connection so if we can detach ourselves from an emotion I believe will be in complete control so for example anger just like uh the last time when I was talking about when you're driving down the road and somebody cuts you off and you immediately get angry I mean like fired up and results in road rage most of the time but all you're doing is harming yourself it's kind of like Revenge when they talk about it's a uh it's like drinking the poison and hoping someone else will die it it's only harmful to yourself how do I want to word this got to be careful with my words this is live so I can't take it back basically experience everything from a neutral perspective don't attach yourself to emotions feel emotions emotions are absolutely real but we give them too much credit and I think overall when we go to bed at night and we have those thoughts just ruminating through our head these anxieties these worries these fears it's all about the emotional connection we gave power to in those situations that caused those thoughts so oh my God my power is going to get cut off tomorrow I don't know how I'm going to afford to pay the bill okay your power either is or isn't going to get cut off why have anxiety over it detach yourself from that don't let that control you don't let that be your controlling state these are I haven't always had this mindset this is relatively new to me over the past year I have come to truly understand the the teaching I've I've read the bhagavad-gita and if you haven't it's the Hindu text it's it's kind of it's kind of like a more powerful version of Proverbs from the Bible the the Buddhist text I would I would suggest going over all of these and just because you read a Hindu text or Buddhist text doesn't mean oh I'm a Buddhist now just read it and learn um I I think the biggest disservice we we do to ourselves is not entertaining these other fields of approach when it comes to spirituality um so now I want to go into something a little bit deeper I'm sure most of you have seen the movie Avatar I love that movie I went and saw the new one I honestly thought the CGI wasn't as great as the first one I'm not a fan of CGI but the message is is pretty good so in avatar the humans go into this pot and they have these little sensors that they put over their head and they pretty much go to sleep and they wake up in the Avatar body I'm gonna let you guys know right now that is 100 what I believe the simulation is I believe that when we go to sleep that we are supposed to wake up on the other side just like the blue Avatar people when they go to sleep the guy in the chamber wakes up and he reports back um I think that's what we're supposed to be doing but I think that has been hijacked I think our our field of thought the the world grid of the akashic record whatever you want to call it uh has been interfered with and we aren't truly able to connect on the other side which is why I think we have such crazy dreams because it's been cross-wired with with everything pretty much and I won't go any deeper into dreams than that because I'm not educated on dreams and what people say you know prophesy through dreams and what dreams mean I'm not that guy I'm just giving you the perspective that I think when we go to sleep we are supposed to I guess check in on the other side and we don't do that and I think that has a lot to do with I know a lot of you are on track with the pineal gland I think the pineal gland is the number one attack on Humanity and if you look through all ancient artifacts they all every ancient civilization in one way or another depicts symbolism of the pineal gland most of it is the the pine cone you see a lot of the the Anunnaki depictions where they're holding the pine cone in their hand um if you look at the crowns the crowns that people the Kings and royalty wore back in ancient times they looked like a pine cone and um which Crown is the whole Aura over your uh seven chakra the crown chakra um unfortunately guys sorry I'm not going deep into chakras on this one um but I would say do some do some research into chakras and how to cleanse them and how to keep them basically in the right cycle and processes the the pineal gland is what I believe is 100 responsible for our spiritual nature I don't I won't say Humanity I will say the powers that be are in control of an attack on our pineal glands which is disrupting our nature to really align with ourselves and ultimately everyone else we basically were frequency beings we we vibrate through the Cosmos on frequencies and if this is new information to some of you I'll give you an example how many times have you thought about a song while you're driving down the road like man I haven't heard that song in a while and next thing you know it's playing on the radio you're thinking about a friend you haven't heard of in a while or haven't been they usually text you and they haven't texted you that day or in a couple of days and you're thinking about them then all of a sudden they text you um we operate on frequencies and if you want a better understanding of that without buying into the mainstream Narrative of positive thinking uh there's a book and a documentary called the secret and it touches a lot on that how to attract things into your life based on the frequency that you put out when we when we process information in a way that is harmful to us it Causes Chaos within our bodies and I think the emotional approach the holistic diet approach I think all of that should be taken into consideration when if you want to live a a meaningful life and I don't mean meaningful life as in you matter to others I mean to where you truly know yourself to where you truly find yourself and you can just sit in a room and just be and be content I think that is what we should all strive for try meditation if oh meditation doesn't work for me I'm not buying that I'm not buying that one bit I used to say the same thing you're just not giving enough effort if you think meditation is not for you oh I can't clear my thoughts my mind races all the time trust me I've been there it took me years it took me three years to fully learn how to clear my mind and meditate so if you're one of those that Matt you're full of meditation doesn't work for everyone no I'm gonna call BS on that I just think you need to try different approaches and you owe it to yourself to do the research and and really say that you gave it the whole College try and I I got all my notes Here the power of thirds so let me transition into this real quick I don't know where I heard this from I don't know where I got this this information from but I think it is powerful we live our life in thirds a third of her life is spent asleep an entire third of our life is spent unconscious another third is spent trying to please others and the other third is not being happy it's in anxiety of others so we we once we rob ourselves of life just by the power we give to the rest of the world guys we're errants we're free thinkers it's time to be a little selfish it's time to think of yourself first just like the airplane that's going down when the oxygen masks drop what do they tell you put your mask on first before you help someone else you can't help others if you're broken hurt people hurt people I don't know if I want to go into this right now um what you got all right memories I have here in my notes a thought I wrote down about a year ago it says I live in memories everything that I feel and believe about someone else is based off of an emotional connection that I have based their experience off of think about that for a second every tool that we have every resource we have to at our disposal is based off of outside influence I don't think you should be that way I think we need need to truly like Matt cubitz just posted Break Free or Die Tryin just like Jason always says if we truly want to break free we have to really try get outside of your your comfort zone you got to start figuring out how to be comfortable being uncomfortable we're not nothing changes if nothing changes these are things I've learned through my growth in this last year and I'll credit a lot to my counselors at the The Refuge in uh here in Conroe Texas amazing people great staff they have taught me so much and for those of you who don't know I spent some time at a treatment center for uh combat veterans PTSD it's called Camp hope for the PTSD Foundation of America and through these processes I've learned to to pause to quit thinking about all my problems quit thinking about oh why me why does the system hate me why is everyone out to attack me I'm not the victim you're not the victim we have to turn that Inward and look at ourselves what are we doing to contribute to these things what have we done that put us here every bad situation in your life this is gonna make some of you mad is your fault yeah people have done bad things to you but did you let them you had a bad situation um on the interstate you got in a wreck was that your fault well technically you didn't cause the accident but had you not been there at that time not paying attention or not giving space between you and the next car saying our decisions have put us in every aspect of life good or bad our choices have put us there we have to accept that don't look at it as good or bad look at it as I'm learning I'm figuring out life I'm learning how to live for me because if I can't live for me how can I live for anyone else how can I help anyone else if I haven't done my due diligence done my research done my homework made myself better back to the screen behind me like Aristotle said knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom the hardest battle you'll ever fight is one that you'll never even know you're fighting and it's with yourself most of us will go through life thinking that we succeeded because we met the status quo we made our families happy we provided for our families we had that successful job we wrote that novel we volunteered at that Homeless Shelter but what did you do for you if you don't truly know yourself you're never going to learn what your purpose here is and I'm gonna I'm gonna end my my spill with this I honestly believe our purpose in life the whole reason we're here is just to be is to experience life with The Human Experience if you want a kind of a vivid explanation of that I would recommend reading the book God's debris by Scott Adams it goes into you can it's like a hundred Pages 114 Pages the words are very large you can read it in a weekend it's a very short read but it is very impactful and it talks about how we are all all matter all the adults to allow the children to have access to this information I don't have a problem with it but I Mark every video not for children so I don't have to deal with all the hyper scrutiny that comes from YouTube by having videos that are marked for children so they're not they're not here and when Matt makes a statement about we're all you know we're all responsible for whatever happens to us in life we're talking from an adult perspective we already know it's a given that young children are certainly innocent we know this so I just want to clarify because there's a couple remarks and it looks like you guys understood when I wanted to comment but for anybody who you know get a little calloused about it we're talking about from an adult perspective and uh and someone said I disagree Matt we are individual look like I said these these are my personal beliefs yeah I mean Matt and I disagree on on a couple of times but I will agree with you and and kind of reiterate what I said I that's that that burger with all the condiments on it and all that in the steak that seasoned just right with butter and but with the frugivore to answer your question actually I have a buddy uh Jesse um he he's all about that uh he grows his own fruit on his property and his main diet consists of just fruit and I honestly believe if um we could find all of the foods that were here available at the beginning of humankind which I would say 80 90 percent of them have died off due to Modern Agriculture and farming and just the the destruction of civilizations and a lot of the stuff has been lost but what about the fact that the bread the bread that people made even 300 years ago was nothing like what we get to do oh no the the bread we have now is pretty much all fake it's just uh pretty much this like puffed up sugar but if you're going to eat bread I would say go with unleavened bread we used to stop at markets in Afghanistan and for someone who asked how many tours I did I did three tours of Afghanistan we'd pull over on the side of the road in the Afghan markets and get some of their bread because it was amazing um but the frugivore look at a Silverback Gorilla he's one of the because I I I drink Himalayan pink salt mixed with with lemon my favorite juices and and uh a squeeze of lemon and honey um because somebody had told me that that was extremely nutritious but now this guy monkey times got me curious what is the difference between the Himalayan pink salt and Celtic Celtic Sea salt there must be a difference I think it's just one of those things I think I'm not organic which I don't know how much of our food fruits and vegetables in these stores are even real anymore you can't even bite into a banana and see the Ring of black seeds in them anymore I don't know if they're growing them in a factory or what I remember those black seeds too all my whole childhood they're not in there anymore what do you think about their health if they would like hit that like button more Jason seems to think that your your health is going to increase if you hit that like button what's the next question oh you got a bunch of them let's go uh how about Cadence Cadence asked what is the balance between intentions belief versus Diet that's a that's a good question I think I'll uh to pull the pipe out on this one yeah man that pops no sir sometimes so the your your intention this is very powerful like this is a really good question your intention if it is a true intention has a powerful impact on your universe so like Jason says uh when when he gave his spiel about it that he doesn't let these things bother him because he believes his Avatar is going to do what it needs to do regardless um his intention isn't set with the priority of a a diet influencing his well-being so I would say they very much come hand in hand you can still say oh I can eat what I want and I'm going to live forever and then your diet make you sick that's still possible we don't we don't have all the answers we don't know the exact extent to everything that we're putting in our bodies much less all the different chemicals they're adding into stuff and we're we're never going to know the long-term effects Because by the time it becomes a nature of study and through uh scientific researches and uh you know the medical researches they'll crop it up to something else I'm not uh I was going to make a comment but I'm not going to do it yeah let's move on to the next question well I mean I'm looking I just saw this right here Janet Elliott makes makes a comment it's weird that people are asking diet questions on archaics but people are programmed to think that an expert in one area has the answers to everything should we ask what are the best cleaners to use I mean should I block this person what are your opinions should I just block this person from my channel what kind of asinine comedy we already said who was it yeah what can I ask and I in common is that I mean is this a troll or or did this person already said at the beginning of this video we understand this is outside of the arcade we are breaking pattern with this one video based on the audience questions and comments right we made this this episode available guys he he is a much better mediator than I am he is a much better Communicator when it comes to coming into contact with this type of clean water is distilled water don't go to the store and buy plastic jugs of distilled water because now you're getting toxin contaminants from the plastic plastic is very toxic did you know the CEO of Johnson and Johnson doesn't even allow plastic in his house that's pretty bad which is why I switched to glass containers glass and stainless steel containers I think I think are the the best containers for any of your food or liquids or Crystal same thing as glass I guess yeah but can you afford that yeah I'm probably I'm pretty sure one of the best things in the world is the most ancient Research into the structured water like John Ellis where he changes the bond angles of the hydrogen to allow it to micro cluster better before you say anything like that you said John Ellis changes the bond angles of the hydrogen hey Lord Matthew leave a comment here as to where I can find us because one of the 14 algorithmic filters on my office software predicated on the fact that the hot that the hydrogen is angled at 135 degrees this is this is something that has helped us in our Predictive Analytics uh I need to see this John Ellis research and and because you're talking about changing the bonding angles and I and I understand 100 when it comes to hydrogen the uh where we're dealing with with a 135 uh degree structure and I need to see that research to answer your question um I am tracking that there is uh hydrogen advantages to adjusting uh at the molecular level and uh things of that nature to enhance the water as far as this John Ellis I have not dived into into that but I definitely will take a look at it but I do know there are benefits to adding hydrogen and certain aspects to your water that the hydrogen water there are actually machines that do that there's a few platforms that sell machines that make hydrogen water and enhance the hydrogen in your water but yeah I'm I'm tracking the concept but not the specific research yeah molecular chemists have published research that the two hydrogen molecules are always 135 degrees apart as attached to the oxygen molecule right so yeah and and the hydrogen is the H and H2O which is why in the the last explanation I gave in the other video was that the some of the most beneficial water you can get is the the h3o that come in fruits yeah what's the what's the next question that's astonishing someone has something about meditating right there yeah that's astonishing to me he might not be listening right now okay sun star and spirit Judgment of food this is a statement that she's like she's just making a too yeah how does one properly meditate Okay so I'm assuming that many of you that aren't familiar with meditation um you've just seen video tutorials or seen it in movies or just have a basic concept of someone sitting Indian style on the ground with their fingers like this chanting alms that is a type of meditation that is not the way to meditate I think the actual definition of meditating is just focusing on one thought and that's it um is clearing your mind sitting in peace and trying to free yourself from thoughts and and the the way you introduce yourself to this is try to narrow your thoughts just to one thought which is why the most popular introduction into meditation is to count your breaths because the only thing you're thinking of is your breathing and Counting them I'll be honest with you when I first started and I was doing the breath counting I couldn't even get to 25 before it was did I change the laundry over or what's for dinner or my thoughts were already going other places crap back to one two three four uh is did I check my Facebook oh crap back to one so I would say beginning meditation would be my personal advice find you a place free of distraction I understand for a modern day adult that's difficult to almost impossible so I would suggest um getting you some thick curtains to put over your bedroom window over your office window living room window darkening that room putting on some uh noise reduction headphones playing some uh normal beats or just some soft music um or just uh White Noise Free Yourself of thoughts and a lot of people have intrusive thoughts and they're like oh I screwed this up I'm not doing it right no no no it's about a it's as those intrusive thoughts come you address them and then what I do is I mentally put them into another file for later the file is like I mentally picture a file labeled for get to later and as a thought comes in my head an intrusive thought outside of my meditation thoughts I mentally put them in that folder and then I get back to my breathing if you're wondering what type of breathing uh just deep breaths counting your breaths or if you want to take it a step further look up rebirthing and that's a process of breathing that um Cycles oxygen deeper and more thoroughly into your body and you actually feel it like my my fingers tingle like when I do the rebirthing exercises um but yeah I would say start there quiet room free of distraction uh get you some noise reduction headphones if you need to listen to some you can pretty much get on YouTube and just put meditation music and listen to just about anything there are different frequencies for the normal beats uh you know you can do 428 Hertz 532 just research what the different frequencies actually help some help with mental status some help with healing uh but yeah I would do some research into frequencies and frequency music and I would say start there listen to some frequency music and count your breaths it's going to be difficult I know I already know like I said it took me three years to get to the point where I can actually sit for 5 10 15 30 minutes and actually meditate and I still I still have intrusive thoughts and I still I have difficulty sometimes all right well we got rather be outside is the name of the person who said Matt do EMDR for the PS for the PTSD what does EMDR there's an acronym for something yeah that's I'm I'm movement desensitization reprogramming um nice I did EMDR with my counseling uh place called The Refuge in Conroe and they they do have someone certified in EMDR and I did that in it for those of you who suffer from PTSD suffer from traumatic events uh you had something in childhood that really messed your whole world up and I get it a lot of us did uh some of you probably had it way worse than me I had some really uh unfortunate events happen in your life like for me so my my sister my baby sister killed herself and it devastated my my father and uh I've brought my father to Texas to stay with me and you know to kind of help him through that was his baby girl he was devastated he was absolutely heartbroken eight weeks later he's outside mowing my front yard just Falls over dead I found him dead outside um I was I was devastated I was I hit got hit with the most major depression that I've ever been in and it got so bad that I lost my family as well and I I went into a severe depression and uh checked myself into the camp hope uh PTSD Foundation of America and through them I found the Refuge and did this EMDR therapy and it helps you process these traumas to where little by little they no longer have control over your life and I'm a prime example of it um I thought it was dumb the first time I did it um I thought it was awkward and weird but after a couple of weeks and then a couple of months I'm like wow this stuff actually works it doesn't just work it is amazing so yes yeah EMDR for PTSD absolutely yeah um three years ago I met his CEO Jesse and Berry berries from the UK's good buddy of mine he's actually kind of in charge of my office project and he's uh we all met at Chili's this is after Matt and I have been exchanging emails for a while and Jesse and Matt and Barry and I we all met at Chili's had our first little pow-wow and we were discussing the future of office and discussing discussing the future of archaics and uh that it was shortly after that wasn't it I'm talking about it was like it's within days yeah it was the next day it was the very next day the very next day the very next day after we met we we met Jesse had just left my house and was heading to the airport and um I texted him and I was like bro just got the news my sister just committed suicide yeah that was uh so I've been a part of this no nothing he's saying right here is a secret to me that's just it's never been my place to speak about it but yeah that's all that's why a man and I have a lot of history and a lot of people to to you guys he's new because I did 250 videos and you never saw him before but for those of you in the past two years that have been paying attention to the archaic's Facebook group you have seen Matt multiple times in pictures so anyway I just wanted I just wanted to clarify because we got a lot of new people who don't really understand they see me they see nothing but me on all these videos I mean and so listen let's go with another question let's go with uh Arturo Arturo Perez Arturo Arturo Perez can a healthy man drink alcohol daily all right guys give it to him real this is one of those points in the presentation he asked the question you are not gonna like my answer no um you know they call it they call whiskey bourbon they call alcohol Spirits for a reason they do but and I say this I'm not going to go any deeper than that you can do your own research on the effects alcohol has uh short-term and long-term effects um you already know what it does to the brain it it dehydrates your brain you you know that the next morning when you wake up with a hangover oh well I don't have hangovers anymore okay my my sister's husband my sister was just talking about I committed suicide he just woke up from a coma uh not too long ago when he's in the hospital right now in need of a transplant and he's pretty much on his deathbed um because of his daily drinking after he found my sister so I'm I'm gonna say no I'm gonna say if you need to drink daily there's something else in your life you need to process you need to heal from you need to fill that void with something more positive I'm not saying anything bad about people that drink not at all I I'm not dogging you or your lifestyle it's just a part of your life that you haven't gotten to yet you enjoy drinking by all means drink do do you I'm never going to get in anyone's way of enjoying themselves but just know there are repercussions to your health for doing that and you may not notice someone right off hand you may not notice them in five or ten years some of you may be lucky enough to wear you know you don't see any effects from it but you're not helping yourself but yeah I don't I don't want to create too many more haters I'll leave it no that's cool Hey listen listen oh if I if I may interject I love Blended whiskeys I loved age Bourbons but the question was very specific the man asked can a healthy man drink alcohol daily I agree 100 with everything Matt said but I'm also like a Greek everything in moderation about twice a month only three times a month if I have happened to go out on social calls and stuff but about twice a month I do drink about four or five shots over a three or four hour period of time of my favorite I have some pretty expensive I don't drink I don't go I have to go out and buy a lot of it one bottle lasts me a long time but uh that's what I enjoy and I'll I'll sit here and go through an old book and just start reading it and this is something I'll just tune the whole world out but I don't get drunk it's not even in my nature I just don't I just I don't drink that much and I'm also a heavy guy I'm 225 pounds so I'm not it's a I do it I like I like the taste I like the burn but it's something that I only do sometimes once a month it's been a while now so uh yeah I just wanna I just want to interject it's uh yeah it's not healthy every day it's not healthy every week and uh it's probably not healthy twice a month like I enjoy but I do I do believe that you know everything in moderation and life is life you know the meaning of life in some aspects is living and I'm gonna do that and uh I know I know some of you feel the same way but I'm also I can also intellectually disengage from my own personal wants and understand that it's probably not good for me let's go to another question hit it Mary Allison what about structured water is it the same as living water so it depends on uh I guess what site or what resource you're looking up that's defining structure water but yes I I think it's one in the same structure water is living water and it's like I said you'll find you're going to find so many different resources and differences of opinion on this subject matter of what's actually best just like we all have different blood types we all have different things that make us Thrive through our biological all the way down to our molecular structure different things are going to be different for different people so the structured water Living Water I I I believe um as far as layman's terms goes it's one in the same there may be more to it there may be a a more definitive uh description of structured water but I think just to finalize the the comment on water I think a hydrogen enriched water that has an alkalinity of you know six to eight somewhere in there by the way your alkalinity is going to depend on your body because your body processes alkalinity and acidity at different levels than other people so if you drink something too high in alkalinity it actually might make you sick so you actually got to do your homework and research this in trial and error so yeah next question okay um Charles gentz asked how do you deal with friends and family who don't respect your food choices oh well that's that that's simple um to each his own um don't go shoving your opinions down someone else's throat um do you live for you like I said at the beginning of this we are free thinkers and we most of us are empaths and we care about other people but there's a point in our lives where it's time to be a little selfish think of yourself think of your own health if your family doesn't approve of you know you you do you so you figure out experiment with your health with your diet figure out what works for you and if your family doesn't approve of it separate yourself don't let it become a topic of discussion I am fortunate enough that every argument I've ever gotten in every debate about health I've been able to be neutral about it and say okay I I understand I understand you need your meat I understand my choice of diet is not for you that's fine that's that's just the the path I'm taking so I can respect your approach as long as you can respect mine and we'll leave it at that oh you got a good question in here but it's going to have to wait because these were these are in order I'm not going to just jump all right next question Let's see we already we already reviewed the Himalayan pink salt deal uh Jess just do Jess where okay that's the name Jess do you get all the daily vitamins being vegan I'm just asking because I really got sick being vegan vegetarian and I can't stand meat in my diet so yes you can get all of your nutrients but like I said early on with uh when I went vegan for like two years I wasn't smart about it I didn't do the thorough research there there are many many ways to get all of your nutrients um with being vegan a lot of people say you get a protein deficit because you don't get enough protein there's a lot of protein in Plants um You Got Rice you got potatoes I mean there's so many things but the Spectrum you're gonna have to experiment you're going to have to step out of your comfort zone and and eat some fruits and vegetables that uh you normally wouldn't um and uh there's like burdock root it's not a tasty thing I mix it in with my chocolate plant-based protein shakes and burdock root someone in here that's more experienced in uh in nutrition can correct me on this but from what I've learned burdock root is one of the only I guess minerals or substances on the planet that contain almost every nutrient the human body needs um so there there are other things and you don't need to go and take a ton of supplements and uh pills and powders and all that kind of stuff there are there are fruits and vegetables that will supplement almost every nutritional need for your body but if you got sick when you went vegan um I would ask how long did that process take how long did you go vegan before you got sick because there is a transition period it's just like when you quit using drugs or alcohol you're going to have withdrawals your your body is going to be thrown off you have to slowly adjust into it one thing at a time you can't just wake up one morning oh I'm not going to eat meat anymore and just eat fruits and vegetables and think that your body is going to operate the same it just doesn't work that way you and everybody's different everything I'm saying on here there may be several of you that none of this resonates with and doesn't work for you and I understand that that could be the case but you I mean back back to the saying you got to know yourself you have to figure out what works for you you know physically with your diet mentally with your emotions and every aspect all right what's the next question okay uh what is your opinion on psychedelics this is coming from three somebody called three thinker all right so psychedelics and someone else uh mentioned in here about microdosing psychedelics things like psilocybin um and things of that nature so I I haven't tried it but I know there are clinics that treat PTSD and combat veterans by microdosing psilocybin and things of that nature and the results are phenomenal like the their test subjects are having the best results um as far as psychedelics um I think they have their purpose I think they have their use and their their place in our world but not for recreational use um I don't think you should go eat some mushrooms and you're like oh I'm gonna go trip balls um I don't think that's healthy at all but I do know the Psychedelic effects at certain doses are beneficial to your body and mental health and I've already talked to my counselors I've already told them that um probably next fall I'm going to a retreat in Costa Rica and I'm going to do an ayahuasca ceremony I feel like I owe it to myself to have that experience and and after I do that I'll let you guys know how it went I might even record it man we got two deep questions from two different people man yeah I hope that answers your question about essential oil eucalyptus lavender frankincense anything in that nature and just just look up what the benefits of each of them are and you can you can combine them and uh I burn incense um I I'm thinking about purchasing a oil diffuser but my shower head so I have a special shower head that has a filtration system in it it's got the little uh capsule cylinder with a little ceramic uh pebbles in it and inside of that is a eucalyptus filter so my shower is basically eucalyptus water and that's what I bathe in every day and it smells great I feel great I Feel clean I feel like my skin has gotten like beneficial hydration but yeah I would someone said and chamomile stop my panic attack yeah chamomile is a natural relaxer it's why people recommend it to help with sleep hey hold on man right down the street you know that right yeah she's very close oh Don Hart she says I make cannabis medicine for patients all over the United States and it is a powder medicine for the body power power or power okay a power medicine for the body yeah well Canada Cannabis is going to have some healing properties no there's no doubt about it absolutely I used to uh do uh CBD oil to and it would like almost completely alleviate my knee pain and my headaches so yeah I I agree with that now smoking it when you go and smoke and get high a lot of that is beyond the beneficial approach to cannabis because when you burn stuff to Ash you're taking in a lot of toxins which create the hallucinate uh hallucinogen effects in most cases but um if you were to diffuse marijuana cannabis into a vapor almost to where it Heats it up to like 86 degrees or something like that you'll notice when you empty the container it's not black ash it's brown tobacco that's left over because you've only taken out the vapor of the beneficial effects now you're not going to trip and get high like you normally would if you smoked a bowl of weed or whatever but that's all based on your approach to what you're expecting to gain out of your experience if if you have health concerns and you think cannabis will help I wouldn't suggest smoking it because you're going to get a very powerful effect and it's it still may be beneficial but it's beyond the realm of benefits to your body um I'm not going to sit here and say that I know the repercussions of smoking marijuana are going to have on your body I've never known of anyone to OD or to on their death bed the doctor said the reason they're dying is because they smoked marijuana but I'll digress with okay and before we get to these two absolutely phenomenal phenomenal questions we have one remarked by somebody saying uh this is a question from Kathleen Eberle how about using or ingesting small amounts of hydrogen peroxide okay this is something I have studied a little bit um ingesting hydrogen peroxide probably not a great idea however if you get industrial strength peroxide that's a high percentage like 50 60 percent something like that and you mix it with your bath water like a couple of times a week there are definitely benefits from that there are even some scientists you can find their videos saying that you should rub hydrogen peroxide on your skin like lotion every day because what happens is we're told that we use hydrogen peroxide to disinfect wounds but actually what it does beyond disinfecting is it damages the cells for reproduction in our body so it actually hinders the healing process but we use it because it cleans the wound there are other ways to clean the wound you can put honey on your wound and do it in a more natural way but if you don't have an open wound and you put it on your skin and it absorbs that way hydrogen peroxide is basically a strong form of hydrogen absorbed into your skin and so there are a lot of beneficial Health aspects to that johara johara Lisa oh the peroxide protocol and we'll try it hold your horses this is joharis right here she sends you all kinds of shirts man I'll tell you dude the only shirt I got is one I took from him that someone sent him all right so next question let's see listen man this is a really this is a really good question it's all both of these questions are actually bridging your presentation here with our KX here's the first one somebody name in force with a z in Flight in force in fours Matt from a military perspective what is the greatest lesson you have learned from Jason that's a really good question I learned from Jason oh he's just talking about all of our cakes research in general from a military perspective well I mean three tours pretty much qualifies you for that okay check this out hold on before you answer that before you answer that it's almost similar to gewalk root Beer's let's put both questions Together Matt what do you think about the deeper meaning behind the work that Jason does and how and why it brought you two guys together I think uh I think we'll end it with this one yeah but it's a good question so the biggest impact in me finding Jason's research and which ultimately ultimately led to me being on this channel was that our history is a lie I learned firsthand that we weren't over there for the reasons that we were told I've been party to some things that I fully regret I'm not ashamed because I refuse to live in shame and guilt I choose to move on according to Jason's research we are just sojourners through this thing we call Life caught in the midst of pre-programmed events we can either be witness to or be a party to and the way we react to that information and those events is ultimately what determines what happens on the other side so I think that ties into my presentation earlier on the whole mindset and the purpose of life so from military aspect the most important thing I I learned from Jason in his research is that I wasn't alone it wasn't just me I didn't just fall for the gimmick that brought me into uh possibly invading uh an innocent Nation uh that this is this has been folding out through our entire history um that we're here to learn that we're here to better ourselves and that we're basically like a rule of thumb we need to leave it better than we found it that goes for yourself too once you find yourself leave yourself better than you originally found yourself um so I I know that was kind of off the wall and kind of all over the place and maybe even a little deep but that's that's my response to those questions um we are right at two hours how did you do that you still made the two hour I have several hidden talents damn I
